Welcome to Sarah Moulton Fine Art. By purchasing or commissioning artwork through my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Commissions & Custom Work

a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, before shipping or delivery.
Reference photos must be clear and high-quality to ensure accurate likeness.
I provide updates during the painting process and work with you to ensure you are happy with the final result.

2. Originals & Ready to Purchase Art

Original paintings listed for sale are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they will not be reproduced.
To purchase available originals, please contact me directly through the website or email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Within Canada: Shipping is included in the purchase price. For local clients, I may also personally deliver artwork by arrangement.
International Orders: Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for shipping costs as well as any customs fees or duties.
Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, but I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All artworks remain the copyright of Sarah Moulton Fine Art.
Commissioned pieces may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
I reserve the right to share images of completed artworks on my website, social media, or portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Change to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Any updates will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
