Refund Policy

Original Artwork & Commissions

All sales of original paintings and commissioned artwork are final.  Because of the time, care, and customization involved, I do not accept returns or exchanges of these items.

For commissions, I work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you're 100% happy with your piece. I will provide updates and make reasonable adjustments during the creation stage. Once the artwork is completed and approved, the sale is considered final.

Prints & Other Products

Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.  I will either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.

My goal is for you to be completely in love with your artwork.  If you have any concerns, please reach out - I'll always do my best to make it right.
